How do we ship your package to you?

Upon checkout two options for delivery will be available to you. The first option is a standard delivery option to your door, requiring either a residential or commercial address for delivery. The second option uses the Pudo service provided by “The Courier Guy” for delivery to a Pudo locker near you, for pickup within 72 hours once a delivery notice has been received.
Do we have an exchange policy?

We truly believe you will love our products! If this is however not the case, exchanges are allowed within 10 calendar days of receipt of the product. The shipping cost for exchanges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us to arrange for an exchange.
Do we have a returns policy?

We truly believe you will love our products! If this is however not the case, returns are allowed within 10 calendar days of receipt of the product. The shipping cost for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us to arrange for a return and refund.
What is the timeline for order fulfillment?

We will endeavor to fulfill all order within the quickest possible timeframe. Please allow a maximum of 7 working days for receipt of your order.
How does our sizing work?

We stock two unisex sizes namely medium and large. Medium socks are suitable for shoe sizes 4-7 and large for sizes 8-12.
